Bishop Columba Niboro is a native Nigerian who has been active in ministry since 1984 and is the senior pastor at River of God International Church. This man of God has many gifts and talents yet, is accessible to all. Elder Tony Haynes oversees the Outreach Ministries at River of God International Church. The task of the Outreach Ministries is the equipping of believers for spreading the gospel. It looks at involving each person in the church, helping them maximize every opportunity to reach the lost in their community.

Brandy Niboro is head of the women and children department. She labors with her husband in the day-to-day administration of the ministries and churches.
